✦ How it works: Add ingredients to your library, create pies with full-batch recipes, then enter customer orders. Your baking plan and shopping totals update automatically. Mixed measurement units are kept separate to avoid incorrect totals.

Outstanding baking by pickup day
Only Pending orders appear in the outstanding baking schedule. Ready and Picked Up orders are removed from this workload but remain in your order history and full-season totals. Batches are calculated cumulatively across pickup days.
Full-season baking totals
Full-season totals and shopping needs still include all orders, including completed ones. The new Still to bake column counts Pending orders only. Changing an order to Ready does not automatically increase the manual Actually baked count; update that separately to avoid double counting.

Current season
Starting a new season archives a complete snapshot of the current orders, recipes, ingredients, production and shopping checks. The new season keeps the recipes and ingredient library but starts with no customer orders, no production progress and unchecked shopping items. Previous seasons remain available for viewing and export.
